Congrats Drupal on winning Best Open Source PHP CMS for 2009. Drupal edged out Wordpress and Joomla who came in joint runners up. This is the first time Wordpress has featured in the top in the top three. This shows that wordpress is finally losing its reputation as a blog-only application. Jooomla and Drupal have been going head to head for a number of years now. Drupal walked off with a check of $2000.00 and the other two both left with $500 each. Well Done to all three.
